LIVE CONTENT UPDATING
Smash's digital content management platform allows its customers the ability to update (or engage Smash to update) content on its digital signage on the fly, via a secure Web Server, which can be accessed and updated anywhere in the world, 24hrs per day, 7 days per week, giving you complete control and freedom when it comes to ongoing content management.
Live Text elements allow the customer the ability to update specified text elements via mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android etc).
Smash's Content Management Support option means its customers can outsource the ongoing design and management of content on digital signage supplied by Smash and, because all of Smash's signs connect live via a wi-fi or 3G connection, Smash can make updates to its customers signage networks remotely at any time of the day or night.
Smash's digital media signage connects via either a standard wireless network or through Smash supplied 3G Wireless Modem, meaning it's customers signage is always online, always connected and, more importantly, there are no extra hidden costs for data cabling.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT & DESIGN SERVICES
Smash solutions include full end to end content management and design capability. This capability is complimentary with the purchase of a complete solution and may be partially or fully managed by Smash.
Content Management services are provided either as a small monthly fee or an hourly rate, only when required. Alternatively, Smash provides full training and handover to allow full and independent control by the client. Ongoing software updates are also complimentary and without additional cost.
The content management tools provided offer a multi-layered approach to ongoing content management – text and graphics.
Acting as your virtual sales person, Smash creates unique product or service demonstrations, letting your customers experience your offers first hand, using familiar gestures. Customers interact with your offers using touch and swipe technology, barcode scans, motion sensors, RFID, GPIO and USB button controls, IR remote controls, serial devices, keyboards and mice…just to name a few.
Using GPS and identified geo-fence areas, Smash plays specific audio and/or video content when your client is located within a defined geographical radius. Following a trigger event, as your client moves within and out of a geo-fence, content displayed changes accordingly.
DIGITAL END OF BANK SIGNAGE
Smash's digital end of bank signage has been custom designed with the gaming floor in mind. Its proprietary, fully concealed mounting bracket means the entire solutions is only 5.5cm in depth, allowing the unit to be installed on even the narrowest of bank end.
Offering the ability to segment the screen, run time-of-day content campaigns, change content via an Apple iOS device or even upgrade the unit to a touch screen, allowing a venue to operate it as both an end of bank screen and an interactive information screen, Smash's end of bank solution is redefining the way the gaming industry looks at media and marketing.
Smash's End of Bank solution is incredibly flexible, allowing venues to elect to either manage their own content or to outsource full content management services to Smash (including access to Smash's 24/7 design call center) . Smash also offers its clients the option of leasing the product (including full product refresh options at no additional cost) to keep the venue up to date with the latest and greatest technology.
